How it works
1. Walkthrough. We tour the home, learn your goals and list date, and talk with your agent if you have one.
2. Plan and quote. You get a clear plan and price for the work that will make the biggest difference.
3. Prep. We handle the work in the right order: haul, declutter, repair, clean.
4. Stage. We deliver, place, and style furniture and décor we own, ready for listing photos.
Bigger project? You may not have to pay until closing.
For qualifying projects of roughly $10,000 or more, we can defer payment until your home sells, coordinated with your agent and title company. It's one more way we make preparing your home possible, not just appealing.
Preparation pays.
On our first full-preparation project, the home could have sold as-is for around $90,000 to $95,000. After we prepared and staged it, it sold for $165,000. Every home is different, but the principle holds: buyers pay more for a home that's ready.
